Do you offer a free trial?

 

There’s no free trial yet but we are offering a free but limited version of the plugin at
Limited Version page that you could install and check it before purchasing.

In addition, there’s also “Playground” section available to test all of the extensions, compatibility with each and etc.


What payment methods do you accept?

 

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal and WISE for the items we are selling exclusively on our website.


I have several websites that I want to use the extension. Do you offer multi-website license?

 

Not currently, all the licenses are for only one End-Product/Website but we are working on to improve our system to allow multi-use licenses.
If you’re going to purchase more copies, we may offer a better price.

Can I use my subscription on my subdomain?

 

Each subdomain requires a site allocation from your subscription.
Subdomains that are not considered as a license use:

dev.* (dev.example.com)
local.* (local.example.com)
test.* (test.example.com)
staging.* (staging.example.com)

You can use your single-license to install/activate the product, before you need to move it to the live website, you can request domain change by contacting the support.


Did you use the same extension to build this website?

 

Yes, we have used only this extension to build-up this website but some of the “features” are not yet available for purchase. It would be ready soon.


Does it work with all the themes?

 

Due to every theme has a different coding style and code structure, as long as it’s been coded properly, there shouldn’t be any problem and it should work with all of the theme on the marketplace.

But in some cases, if your theme uses GSAP/ScrollTrigger, there may be some conflicts. We are offering a free version plugin that you could install and check before purchasing.
